New Jalpaiguri Railway Station / Bagdogra Airport – Darjeeling :(About 90 kms / 3 hrs)
On arrival at New Jalpaiguri Railway Station / Bagdogra Airport & transfer to Darjeeling, is one of the most magnificent Hill Resorts in the World & check-in at the hotel & rest of the day at leisure. & overnight at the hotel.
Early Morning (at 04.00 am) drive to Tiger hill to watch the spectacular sunrise over Mt. Khangchendzonga (28,208 ft. worlds third highest peak), on your way back visit Ghoom Monastery, Batasia Loop. After breakfast visit Himalayan Mountaineering Institute, P.N. Zoological Park (closed on Thursday) Tenzing Rock, Tibetan Refugee self-help Centre (closed on Sunday), Tea Garden (outer view) and Japanese Temple. Evening free (walking tour of mall - suggested) & overnight at the hotel at Darjeeling.
After Breakfast transfer to Kalimpong & check-in at the hotel & after lunch Visit Mangal Dham, Deolo Hill, Dr. Graham’s Home, Durbin Dhara Hills & Flowers Nurseries & overnight at the hotel.
After Breakfast proceed to Gangtok- “The Capital City of Sikkim” & check-in at the hotel & after lunch proceed for city tour & visit Rumtek Monastery, Institute of Tibetology (closed on Sunday), Dro-dul Chorten, Flower Exhibition centre & overnight sat the hotel at Gangtok.
After breakfast proceed for half day trip of Tsomgo Lake (12,400 ft.) & Baba Harbhajan Singh Memorial (13200 ft) 52 kms from Gangtok city. Tsomgo Lake freezes completely during the winter and is much revered by the locals.& overnight at the hotel at Gangtok.
New Jalpaiguri Railway Station / Bagdogra Airport :(About 125 kms / 4 hrs). After breakfast drive to NJP Railway Station / Bagdogra Airport & the tour ends here
